What is the current lead time for custom holsters?
Since each holster is handcrafted to your specific firearm and color preferences, our current production time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks before shipping.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All Havok Holsters come with a limited lifetime warranty covering functional defects in materials and workmanship.
What materials do you use for your holsters?
We use high-quality Kydex and Boltaron materials, paired with premium hardware and clips, to ensure maximum durability and a secure fit for your gear.
Can I return a custom-made holster?
Because custom holsters are built to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, if there is a fitment issue, we will work with you to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I adjust the retention on my holster?
Most of our models feature adjustable retention screws. Simply use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten or loosen the grip until you achieve your preferred draw strength.
